Computer Animation

Students are introduced to the world of computer animation. An animation is created in Disney's Animation Works that includes music, narration, animation and text. Students complete a tutorial in Animation Works, define terms of animation and study the history of the animation industry. The challenge assignment is to create an original animation with original sound. Their animation file is exported to V.H.S.

Student resources include: 486 computer, VCR, microphone, Animation Works by Disney, and Communication Technology.
