RANCHO BUENA VISTA PARKING REGULATIONS 2012-2013
Permits must be displayed on the inside of the front window on the driver's side. Campus Security must install all parking permits. Parking Permits cost $30 or $25 with an ASB stamp. |
Due to limited parking, RBV has established guidelines for the distribution of parking permits. Only Juniors & Seniors are initially eligible for parking permits through the first semester of the school year, after which, RBV Administration may open up parking spots for sophomore students based on availability.
To obtain a permit, students must return this sheet initialed and signed by both the student and a parent. Students must present a driver's license, registration, valid insurance and a RBV ID card. After Fall Registration, parking permits will be applied to vehicles by security. One permit will be issued per student. If a car is sold or a windshield is replaced, the old permit must be removed and presented for a free replacement. Students may not transfer a parking sticker to another vehicle for any reason. If a student moves his/ her sticker to another car, he/ she may lose parking privileges for the remainder of the school year.
Students needing to drive a different vehicle must see the Finance Office for a temporary permit and display it on the dashboard. Students may purchase additional permits if various cars are driven to school frequently. ALL CARS PARKED IN THE STUDENT LOT MUST DISPLAY A PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY PARKING PERMIT REGISTERED TO THAT SPECIFIC VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES, OR THE VEHICLEMAY BE TICKETED.
Students purchasing permits after the first month of school will have to coordinate a time to have their sticker installed. UNTIL THE STICKER IS INSTALLED, THE VEHICLE MAY NOT BE PARKED ON CAMPUS.
NOTE: This is a REAL PARKING TICKET
(CA Vehicle Code Section 21113) - The bail will be indicated on the ticket, which will increase if not paid within 21 days.
